Musistry

These terms are a placeholder ahead of public launch. Final terms will be reviewed by counsel and published here before billing begins. By using Musistry today (during beta) you acknowledge that the service is in active development and may change.

1. The service

Musistry is a marketplace platform that connects churches with musicians. We don't employ musicians and we don't represent churches, we provide the tools that let the two sides find, contact, hire, and pay each other.

2. Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep that information current. You're responsible for anything that happens under your account.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By accepting a gig with digital payment, you agree to Stripe's terms. Musistry doesn't hold funds, they flow directly from the church to the musician through Stripe Connect, minus standard processing fees.

4. Conduct

Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, or fraud. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards.

5. Limitation of liability

Musistry is provided as-is. We make no warranties about service availability or the suitability of any particular musician or church for any particular engagement.
