What we collect
Account info you provide (name, email, role, location, instruments, bio, headshot, resume). Activity on the platform (gigs posted, applications, messages, payments). Standard log data from your browser when you use the site.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't serve third-party advertising. We don't share your contact information with anyone outside the platform.
Third-party services
We use Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payments, Cloudflare R2 for image and resume storage, and Resend for transactional email. Each of these processes the minimum data required to do its job.
Your rights
You can edit your profile at any time, hide your resume from churches, or delete your account by emailing us. Once deleted, your personal data is removed; historical gig records may persist in anonymized form for accounting purposes.
